Shipping and Receiving
Please note that O-my-Yoni!, reserves the right to refuse any order placed with us based on our sole discretion, to limit or decline large purchases per order/person/household. O-my-Yoni!, reserves the right to stop, refuse, or limit orders we believe to be purchased with the suspicion of fraud or intent to be resold by dealers, distributors, and or resellers. Restriction to provide services may and can apply to orders placed by or under the same account, login, PayPal account, debit/credit card and or orders that use the same username, billing, and or shipping address. In regard to these types of events the consumer may be notified via contact information provided regarding the circumstances to cancel and or amend the attempted order.

Packages are shipped within 2 business days of your order being processed or within 2 business days after a holiday if ordered on a holiday.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a secure location for package delivery by courier to avoid theft of goods. O-my-Yoni! is not responsible for stolen or lost packages that are confirmed as delivered

The customer is solely responsible for entering the correct shipping address and details for proper delivery and any errors incurred during that process is the sole responsibility of the customer. O-my-Yoni! is not responsible for any delayed or lost packages resulting from an erroneous entry of shipping address information.

All domestic and International orders will be mailed via USPS. USPS First Class for domestic from Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas. Any request for USPS Priority or Express Shipping will result in additional costs incurred at the customer’s expense.

Any international orders will and may incur shipping duties and taxes (local and international) that are due upon receipt. These duties and taxes are imposed and assessed by the importing country’s government. All duties and taxes costs are incurred at the customer’s expense. Any unclaimed packages, returned by courier may be refunded to the customer except for any shipping and tracking fees. International shipping may incur longer delivery dates due to international freight and custom delays that are not the responsibility of O-my-Yoni!. All international orders will be provided with tracking information.

O-my-Yoni!, is not and will not be held responsible for any lost, stolen or delayed packages sustained during shipment with shipping couriers nor do we provide refunds or replacements for packages confirmed as delivered.
Return Policy
We DO NOT accept exchanges, returns nor make exceptions for any feminine care products once they have shipped due to the nature and purpose of our merchandise. If something improbable should occur and your product was damaged during shipment by the carrier, please provide photographic evidence of the package and product then submit via email within 48 hours upon the delivery and receipt of ordered goods to OmyYoni@gmail.com.
